$49 Deposit Paid Voucher Terms & Conditions

2. An additional deposit is required at the time of booking and incurs a 2% booking fee with the balance of the booking payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to final payment will forfeit deposits paid. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking.
3. Full payment will be required if paying by any other method other than credit card.
4. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or BPay.
5. If for any reason the deposit or balance payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
6. To change the property selected a fee of $25 will be applicable. Amendments to bookings will incur a $25 amendment fee plus any fees imposed by the property. Amendments are subject to room availability and will not be accepted within 48 hours of the arrival date.
7. Cancellations within 30 days of travel will forfeit all monies paid.
8. Requests are not guaranteed and may not be available.
9. All bookings are subject to room allocation and availability and use of this voucher is further subject to each property’s contracted validity and exclusion periods for voucher use. Surcharges apply during school holidays, events and peak season.
10. There is no daily room service and no meals included unless otherwise specified.
11. This voucher is fully transferable however is non-refundable and non-redeemable if unused for travel before 30 June 2010 excluding Paradise Resort Gold Coast which is travel before 6 September 2009 and Mantra Trilogy which is for travel before 31 March 2010.
12. Voucher is valid for once only use per room booked.
13. Normal rate is as per direct to the property, we do not match any third party providers and are correct at time of printing.
14. You will be required to provide a credit card upon arrival for security purposes. Should a credit card not be available you may be required to pay a cash bond.  Use of a combined debit/credit card may result in the monies being debited from your account.
15. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation.  Children (under 18 years) must be accompanied and staying with at least one adult for the duration of the stay. Failure to meet this condition may result in your stay being forfeited.  We take no responsibility for incorrect information.
